When my dad passed away a few weeks ago, we had not yet made arrangements (we were literally planning to select a funeral home the next day). With no advance notice, Mark came in the middle of the night to pick up dad, and in spite of our own lack of preparation, he made everything very easy for us. He has my highest recommendation.

Mark was extremely helpful with my grandma's, Alicia Morales, funeral. He was very warm and detailed with her whole process. He went above and beyond to meet our needs. Mark was also very empathetic and professional to work with.

We contacted Hayes Funeral services when our dad was on Hospice. Mark Hayes, from the first phone call to the final last moments made the whole process easy for our family during a very difficult time. He provided us with all options and details required for pre and final arrangements, and was quick to respond to our many phone calls (even after hours) to answer our questions and provide help. The support he provided us through entire process, and the respect, dignity and honor that he conveyed toward our family for the deceased was remarkable. He even saluted my father as his body was taken from the home.(My father was a veteran). Hayes Funeral Services in our opinion goes over and above a 5 star rating for excellent service.
