Born on March 14, 1964, in Wilmington, North Carolina, he grew into a man known for his humor, friendliness, and handy skills that could fix just about anything. Warren's final days were spent in Bolingbrook, Illinois, surrounded by the love and warmth of his family.

Warren was the loving brother to Almond Earl McMillian, JL Tyner, Connie Talton, Sue Whitmore, and Tina Johnson. He was a cherished father to Candy and Warren Charles Tyner, and a devoted grandfather to Rose St. Pierre, Colten Bautista-Tyner, Amelia Tyner, Kyleigh, and Payton Swen. His legacy as a family man is cemented in the hearts of those he leaves behind. Warren was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Ola Jane Tyner, and his sister Myra Spivey.
