Tina L. (Fetcie) Benakovich

Tina L. Benakovich (Nee Fetcie) age 50 of Maywood, IL passed away on February 26, 2019. Tina was the loving mother of and preceded in death by Hunter Fornicola and is survived by her loving twin sons Jay and Garrett Fornicola.

In 2017 Tina joined the Shelby Group working as the Contract Manager. Loving what she did and who she worked with she quickly became a part of the Shelby family and made fond memories while there.

Tina is also survived by her mother Patricia Lappin and husband Michael Lappin, as well as extended family and many friends.

Visitation will be held at Living Water Community Church 190 Lily Cache Lane Bolingbrook, IL 60440. On Monday March 4. 2019 from 3PM until time of service at 7PM

In Lieu of flowers in Tina’s name donations may be made to National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
