Marilyn was a beautiful woman. She was always smiling and could start a conversation with anyone she met. Marilyn was blessed with many friends and acquaintances. Her large family was her pride and joy, and she was loved immensely by all of them. Marilyn Shared her pride for her large family any chance she could.
Marilyn loved the Lord and was proud to be a born-again Christian. She knew once absent from her body; she would be present with the Lord. Marilyn loved to worship God, she attended Calvary Church in Naperville for many years and had a long list of favorite hymns. She shared scripture with many and held a genuine desire to bring others close to the Lord.
Marilyn was a dedicated employee at various hospitals in the Chicago area, including 25 years at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago and Several years at Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove. After retirement, Marilyn faithfully volunteered at a local hospital for 10 years. Marilyn also was a member of the Levy Center and participated in the choir. She served on the local Arts Council too.
Marilyn’s wonderful, unforgettable spirit will live on forever in our memories. We will envision Marilyn and Frank walking hand in hand in Heaven on the streets of silver and gold in God’s presence forever.
