Dr. Frank W. Shock Jr. DDS

Dr. Frank W. Shock, Jr., DDS, age 68, passed away at his home on Monday, May 18, 2020.  Loving father of the late Christine Shock and Frank W. Shock (Adina).  Beloved son of Carla R. Shock (nee Klein) and the late Frank Shock, Sr.  Dear brother of Nola (Christopher) Noto, Chelsea (Pamela) Shock, Pearl (Jack) Pierik, Bertha (Chad) White, the late Mary Ann Shock, and the late John C. Shock. Frank is also survived by his dear friend Maureen Bingham.   Devoted grandfather of Michael Shock, Daniel Shock, and Elliana Shock.  Loving uncle and great uncle.  Frank was born in Chicago, Illinois and was a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago School of Dentistry.  Frank attended Marquette Manor Baptist Church in Downers Grove.  A private burial and graveside service will be held on May 23, 2020.  Pastor Dave Schlagel of Marquette Manor Baptist Church officiating.  Arrangements through Hayes Funeral and Cremation Services in Bolingbrook, Illinois
