Donald J Rokos

Donald J. Rokos, a beacon of kindness and humor, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2025 at the age of 93 in Naperville, Illinois. He was born on July 5, 1932 in Detroit, Michigan. Donald lived a full and vibrant life marked by his intelligence and the warmth of his spirit. He was a man who lived life by faith, family, and simple joys of life.

Donald was the beloved husband of the late Elaine M. Rokos (Topolewski) and cherished father of his two sons Mark (Mary) and Mike (Susan). He took immense pride in his role as a father guiding his children with a gentle hand and open heart. His wisdom was a guiding light for his family, and his kindness was comfort in times of need. Donald's legacy continues to live on through his devoted grandchildren, Brian and Daniel (Kara) who will forever hold dear memories and lessons taught to them by their grandfather.

Throughout his life, Donald was known for his kindness and his intelligence. He possessed a sharp mind, a remarkable memory, and the ability to understand and solve complex math problems. Kindness was the hallmark of Donald's character. He approached every person and situation with a gentle demeanor and generous heart.
