Loving brother to Sherry (David) Horton. Cherished Father of Tara Parsons, Tiffany (Steve) Coody, Tanya (Matt) Novak. Devoted Grandfather to Jaden and Maitaya Childress, Desiree Parsons Perez, Elizabeth Coody. Fond Uncle of David Horton Jr., Bryan Horton. Charles was preceded in death by his parents,  brother Robert. All are to meet at 945Am Thursday August 1, 2019 at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery 20953 West Hoff Road, Elwood, IL 60421
