Carolyn Sanders

Carolyn Sanders, a beacon of love and kindness, passed away on February 11, 2025, at the age of 54, in Aurora, IL. Born on February 23, 1970, in Holly Springs, MS, Carolyn's warm smile and generous spirit were a gift to all who knew her. She was a person whose presence could light up a room and whose laughter was infectious, making every moment with her a cherished memory.

Carolyn was a devoted mother, an adoring grandmother, a loving sister, and a fond aunt. She leaves behind a legacy of love and caring through her family: her sisters Patricia, Vershonna, Shereta, Fedelia, and her brother Joshua. She was a cherished mother to her children LaTamara, Mashae, Marnell, Jarrett, and Carson. Carolyn's joy was multiplied with the birth of her grandchildren Wyki, Shyne, and Sean, whom she loved with all her heart. Her nieces and nephews Javon, Josh, Mikaela, Briana, Junia, Denzel, Jayana, and Justice will fondly remember their Aunt Carolyn for her endless support and the joy she brought into their lives.

Carolyn's friendly nature extended beyond her family, touching the lives of everyone she met. Her ability to connect with people was remarkable, and she never missed an opportunity to make someone feel seen and valued. Carolyn's kindness was not just a trait but a way of life, as she consistently sought to uplift those around her with her compassionate heart

A celebration of Carolyn's life will be held to honor the incredible woman she was. While her family and friends will miss her deeply, they take comfort in knowing that her spirit will live on through the countless lives she touched. Carolyn's memory will be cherished as a reminder of the profound impact one person's love and kindness can have on the world.

As we say goodbye to Carolyn Sanders, we reflect on a life well-lived and full of love. Her legacy will continue to inspire those who knew her to spread kindness and warmth in their own lives. Carolyn's story does not end with her passing but lives on in the hearts of her family, her friends, and everyone whose life she touched. 

Visitation will be held at Living Water Community Church, 190 Lily Cache Ln, Bolingbrook, IL 60440. On Friday February 21, 2025, from 5PM until time of Service at 7PM.
