Devoted grandfather to Raegan Mullins, Eliana Mullins, Nataleigh Mullins, Aurora Brown, Axel Brown and Lucien Brown
Fond uncle of Karrera (Andrew) Neely, Brianna (Alex) Rodriguez, Caleb Guillory, James T. Barham, III, Lauren Dobbins, Leah Dobbins, Toni Alexis Hairston, Hannah Tarver, Isabella Tarver, Alaina Tarver, Jamaiah Dobbins, Michael Dobbins, Makayla Dobbins, Joseph Dobbins, Ezra Dobbins and Josiah Dobbins
Visitation will be held at Living Water Community Church on March 14th from 10am to 11:30am. Funeral to start at 11:30am with internment at Hillcrest Cemetery
