Barbara S. Bergman

Barbara S. Bergman Age 82 of Downers Grove, IL. peacefully passed away on January 22, 2020 with friends and family by her side.  Barbara was the beloved daughter of the late Edward and Elsie Benke. She was preceded in death by her Beloved Husband, William (Bill) C. Bergman.

She was the Cherished Mother of Peter Bergman, Ruthann (Jeff) Perkins and Paul Bergman. Devoted Grandmother to Tiffany Bergman, Jason and Melissa Perkins and four step-granchildren and Great-Grandmother to four great-grandchildren.

Barbara enjoyed her job as a nail technician and in her spare time enjoyed skating, fishing and baking cakes.

Visitation will be held Monday, January 27, 2020 at New Life Lutheran Church 249 N. Bolingbrook Drive, Bolingbrook, IL 60440 from 10:00 AM until time of service at 11 AM. Interment to follow at Concordia Cemetery in Forest Park, IL.

In lieu of flowers, donations to any humane animal shelter or Habitat for Humanity would be appreciated. In addition, if you care to bring dog or cat food to the visitation, it will be given as a donation to local animal shelters.
