Jennifer "Jenna" Elizabeth (Meyer) Fernandez

Jennifer "Jenna" Elizabeth Fernandez (nee Meyer) passed away on February 21, 2024, in Naperville, Illinois at the age of 50. Born on October 22, 1973, in LaGrange, Illinois, Jenna was a loving wife to Ray Fernandez, a devoted mother to Moriah and Jio Fernandez, a caring daughter to Jim and Nancy Meyer, a cherished sister to Sue (Marc) Pusateri and Kristen (Charles) Gasser, and a beloved sister-in-law to Roy (Julie) Fernandez, Maria (Patrick) Wirth and Jeff Fernandez, and a loving Aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Jim Meyer.

Jenna was a Montessori Teacher. Eventually home-schooling her children as a Stay At Home mom, she invested her life to impart faith, hope and love into her children. She was known for her thoughtful kindness, living simply so she could give more generously to those in need of God's love. Jenna's hobbies included playing the keyboard, writing songs, reading, and going for walks. The many worship songs she composed inspired generations to worship Jesus with whole-hearted devotion.

The ceremony to honor Jenna's life will be held at Living Water Community Church, 190 Lily Cache Lane, Bolingbrook, Illinois on Friday, March 8, 2024. Visitation at 10AM until time of funeral service at 11AM. Interment at Naperville Cemetery, Naperville, Illinois. Repast at Living Water Community Church immediately following interment. 

Jenna will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
